[Image processing] need help on how to determine the angularity of a Stone?

Can anyone help me with a code for Stones on how to determine their angularity?

Hello
I'd like to know the angularity of for example a stone in 2D, top view.
As you can see in the attachment, I need to determine the perimeter of the smallest circumscribed convex polygon (Ppolygon) and the perimeter of the ellips (Pellips) with the same area as the particle. Fyi When you use the formula below you get a number and the closer the value to 1 the smoother the stone
