How do I include step size of 0.01 in the formula? I am unable to understand. I have done this in the jupyter.

import matplotlib.pyplot as plt
import numpy as np
t = np.arange(-1.2, 1.2, 0.01)
x1 = np.exp(t)
x2 = np.exp(-t)
x3 = np.exp(t**2)
plt.plot(t,x1)
