Matlab and Beagleboard C4 booting failure

I have same question like this http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/85119-not-able-to-complete-the-booting-progress-for-installation-of-beagleboard-cx-using-simulink . I think that board going to sleep mode...
