How do I implement committee decision mechanism in MATLAB for load disaggregation?

I want to obtain the load signatures of various loads comprising a composite load by the means of committee decision mechanism and graphically represent various features of the separate loads by load disaggregation. How do I go about it? Should I use coding or some graphical tool to do this?
