Problem 45979. Compute the perimeter of an ellipse
While the area of an ellipse is straightforward to compute, the perimeter (or circumference) is more complicated. The perimeter can be expressed in terms of elliptic integrals, and several approximate formulas are available as well.
Compute the perimeter of an ellipse given the lengths of the semi-major and semi-minor axes--in any order.
