Problem 58971. Compute the maximal product of any two numbers whose concatenation is n

Write a function that takes an input n and computes the maximal product of numbers that concatenate to n. For example, if n = 1234, then the products are 1 x 234 = 234, 12 x 34 = 408, and 123 x 4 = 492, and the maximal product is 492. If n < 10, set the maximal product to zero.
