BDF Reader also supports reading EDF file with feedback

BDF Reader 同样支持读取EDF文件格式，能即使反馈读取进度，支持不连续文件读取 It supports plus file format and discontinuous files.

The reader is extracted from the software code written for doctors. It originated from the following projects and was inspired by Teuniz/EDFlib-Python Project
