This submission is a MATLAB script named osculate that can be used to perform the conversion to and from mean classical orbital elements. It also provides graphic displays of the time evolution of osculating and the corresponding mean orbital elements. This algorithm is based on an algorithm due to the astrodynamicist Chauncey Uphoff. The user is advised to unzip the osculate.zip archive to its own folder and run the script from there.
