A forward stable linear solver

Solves exactly linear systems until too ill condtionning means singular

This package contains the linear solver, a bench generator for testing in general linear solver and a driver. Problem size is free, A matrix of a given condition number is generated as well theoretical solution and corresponding right hand side. Some utilities routines are included: quadruple precision dot product (double ? double) representation, expansion sum computation to check that the right hand side is a floating point, (Both m version Matlab >5 and dll version Matlab 7.1)
