A behavioral model of the OTFL301 Bandpass Filter IC is implemented to provide users filter characteristics in response to the multiple tuning control inputs. The model is derived to match measured characteristics at the die level and accurately predicts the magnitude and phase response of the actual device, verified of multiple tuning states. Start with "Guidelines and Tips" for description of controls. Output s2p files are generated for user analysis within simulations.
