Pharate data

demonstrates the relationship between the ADH and the pharate development.

You are now following this Submission

The 3D plot demonstrates the varying distributions between the tested ADH and the values of various pigments present in P.regina's eyes during development. The cluster analysis demonstrates that for 387 ADH, the blue and green values are the highest. Between ADH 411 and 387, the red value seems to be more dispersed for 483 ADH and more concentrated towards the highest values for the 387 ADH. For the blue pigment, there is an extensive decrease between 387 and 483. Like the blue pigment, there is an extensive decrease between 387 and 483 ADH. Four hours 411, 435, and 445 hrs there weren't any notable differences, they are scattered throughout the graph in a way where it overlaps multiple times. Overall, the value for 411 decreased for each of the pigments.
