Particle Finder: A Simple Particle Detection Tool for Continuous-Flow Systems
Particle Finder is a standalone app for the single-particle detection in continuous-flow systems written in Matlab. The software provides a concentration distribution of the particles in the transverse direction of the fluid flow, being a versatile tool for many microfluidic applications and does not require expertise in image analysis.
The download file encloses the installers for macOS, Windows and Linux operating systems. No additional software is needed.
