This function finds the shortest distance between a triangle and a line segment in 3d space using nonlinear constrained optimization.
function d=DistanceTriangleLine(vt1,vt2,vt3,vl1,vl2)
where:
vt1 is (3*1) coordinate vector for the first vertex of the triangle.
vt2 is (3*1) coordinate vector for the second vertex of the triangle.
vt3 is (3*1) coordinate vector for the third vertex of the triangle.
vl1 is (3*1) coordinate vector for the first point of the line segment.
vl2 is (3*1) coordinate vector for the second point of the line segment.
d is the shortest distance between the triangle and the line segment.
