Project indicators are essential in characterizing project structures, structural complexity, duration, slacks, and resource demands. This information can fundamentally influence how a scheduling or resource allocation algorithm performs. In addition, most of these indicators assume a fixed project structure, while flexible, such as agile, hybrid, and extreme projects, consider the priority of task completion and the flexible precedence between tasks. The proposed Flexible Structure Generator (FSG) allows scholars to examine the implemented project indicators in a flexible project environment.
