Mean Angle

Calculates the (nth dim) mean of a matrix of angles

MEANANGLE is like MEAN, but applies to angles where MEAN would not (i.e. MEAN([350 10]) giving 180 instead of 0). Unlike the other MEANANGLE on the FEX, this one does have any limitations on the angles that it takes, and it uses a different method (complex representation) to produce the result.
