Thermal Model of a House, with cooling air conditioner

This file is a supplement of existing thermal model in Matlab/Simulink file exchange, adding the function to cooling indoor environment.

As said in this link Thermal Model of A House https://www.mathworks.com/help/simulink/slref/thermal-model-of-a-house.html, air conditioner can be added to this model.

This is done by first proposing similar but different thermal equations, and then develop it in Simulink. The key of achieving air conditioner function is that identifing heat/cool scenario and then using different parameter to control them.

I tried to control them with two different systems but failed for many times. Finally have to unify the heater and the cooler into one system and then control it.
