This code simulates an ECG signal with a dynamic heart rate and adds baseline wander and noise to mimic a real-world ECG signal. The noisy signal is then filtered using a bandpass Butterworth filter to isolate the relevant frequency range. R-peaks are detected, and the heart rate (BPM) is calculated and displayed, along with ECG signal plots. This script can help users understand ECG signal processing and analyze heart rate variations over time.
