One-time rescale subplots

one time rescales all subplots of figure by x range

M-file. The function rescales all subplots of current figure by x range simultaneously. It gets start and stop points by parameters and uses it for all subplots. Function useful for the analysis of the dependent data sample-to-sample. For example, subplot 1 - sensor raw signal, subplot 2 - filtered signal, subplot 3 - filtered signal differential.
