IUT Hall of Residence Digital Complain Booth

A simple GUI app made using Matlab where students will be able to submit the problems faced in the IUT Hall of Residence

The IUT Hall of Residence often encounters various issues within student rooms. While the Hall authority promptly addresses these problems within one or two working days, the current pen and paper-based complaint system poses challenges. Some students exhibit laziness in obtaining, completing, and submitting complaint forms to the Hall of Residence offices. Additionally, the lack of proper tracking occasionally results in unresolved issues. To streamline and enhance the complaint process, we are introducing the "IUT Hall of Residence Complain Booth" app. This digital and interactive platform aims to revolutionize the complaint system, making it convenient,efficient, and effective.
