We have uploaded 3 video files that can be used to practice the analysis.

We also included a limited standalone version of the app.

The full standalone app with a fully rewritten manual will be uploaded upon manuscript acceptance.

Synopsys

We introduce an open-source tool for image-based analysis of full-scale devices, primarily focused on identifying areas with prolonged residence time. To illustrate the experimental setup and the post-processing steps, we showcase a residence time analysis of the heat exchanger module of blood oxygenators.
