Flicker waveform generator implemented based on IEC 61000-4-15 Annex B for flickermeter test. It allows user to set the system frequency, nominal voltage, flicker frequency, flicker voltage fluctuation and flicker waveform shape.
The default value is set based on IEC 61000-4-15 Table 1b, Voltage fluctuation of 0.250 %, at 8.8 Hz for 230 V lamp 50 Hz system.
