This repository contains downloadable archives of the SRA Toolkit compatible with Bioinformatics Toolbox ® for MATLAB ™.
SRA Toolkit is a group of software tools that provides access to genomic sequencing data in the International Nucleotide Sequence Database Collaboration (INSDC) Sequence Read Archives (SRA).
The SRA Toolkit software is placed in the public domain. A copy of this notice is included in the SRA_LICENSE file included in this repository.
This repository contains only compiled binaries, copied without modification from released versions available here: Downloading SRA Toolkit. Source files can be obtained from The NCBI SRA (Sequence Read Archive) repo on github.
