Dynamic Volcano Plotting App
- GUI based application for identifying differential signals in your dynamic omics data with significance vs fold change volcano analysis.
- Inputs and outputs are compatible with the averaging app, clustering app, and DPoP.
- Packaged as an installable Matlab App (.mlappinstall), or as a developable app file (.mlapp).
- Data from another omics type is not a problem. Includes example transcriptomic data and example phosphoproteomic data.
- Control minimum fold change and statistical significance.
- Includes a preview clustergram of the organization of the data in the output.
- Includes summary of differentials signals throughout the tradjectory.
