  • GUI based application for identifying differential signals in your dynamic omics data with significance vs fold change volcano analysis.
  • Inputs and outputs are compatible with the averaging app, clustering app, and DPoP.
  • Packaged as an installable Matlab App (.mlappinstall), or as a developable app file (.mlapp).
  • Data from another omics type is not a problem. Includes example transcriptomic data and example phosphoproteomic data.
  • Control minimum fold change and statistical significance.
  • Includes a preview clustergram of the organization of the data in the output.
  • Includes summary of differentials signals throughout the tradjectory.
