In general, the expectation value is the average over all measurement outcomes, weighted by their probability of occuring. Expectation values are a fundamental concept and arise in many quantum computing applications. This contribution allows you to:
- Construct an observable from a Hermitian matrix or an array of Pauli strings and weights.
- Compute expection values of the observable on a quantum state
