A simple quadrature encoder that simulates the A, B & Z pulses depending on the angle.

This is an implementation of a quadrature encoder that generates A, B & Z pulses, depending on the electric angle in radians. The frequency of the encoder is directly proportional to the PPR (Pulse Per Revolution) value defined by the user.
