Page counter for multi-page tif files

Adds a page counter to multi-page tif images.

When I scan long documents that don't have "Page x of y" printed on them
already, I use this script to add it after the fact. Just make sure that
all the pages made it through the scanner first!

Call the function without arguments, select the original .tif file, then select the destination directory. Output file has same name but with '_c' appended to name. Function overwrites without asking if file already exists.

Uses the putBinA.m function (included in zip). The position of the page numbers can be manipulated by adjusting the mx and my sums.
