Generating Moiré Patterns in Twisted Bilayer Graphene

This code provides a basic Moire pattern for Bilayer Graphene.

You are now following this Submission

This MATLAB script simulates the formation of Moiré patterns in twisted bilayer graphene. The code generates two hexagonal graphene layers with precise atomic arrangements based on the hexagonal lattice geometry.
The first layer is built with defined lattice parameters and connectivity, while the second layer is created by applying a specified twist angle around the center of the first layer. The twist introduces periodic interference patterns known as Moiré patterns, which are visualized by plotting both layers with distinct colors.
