This is the binary version of the recently proposed SOO algorithm. The main inspiration of the SOO algorithm is from the study of stellar pulsations, a domain often referred to as asteroseismology. The core concept focuses on two key principles: angular frequency and period. The period represents the duration required for a star to complete a full pulsation cycle, whereas the angular frequency determines the rate at which these expansions and contractions take place.
