Kirchhoff’s Current Law

The algebraic sum of currents entering a node (or junction) in an electrical circuit is zero.

Physical Meaning:
KCL is based on conservation of electric charge — charge cannot accumulate at a node.
If 3 A flows into a junction and 2 A flows out through one branch, the remaining 1 A must exit through another branch.
