CONNECTIVITY_MATRIX_VIEW is a function to create a 2D View of connectivity values between all channel pairs computed by the Coherence transformation in Analyzer 2. It displays the connectivity matrices for the delta, theta, alpha and beta frequency bands, as defined in BrainVision Analyzer 2. These default frequency bands can be modified or extended. The resultant Connectivity Matrix figure (.tif) will be saved in the Analyzer Export folder of the current workspace.

Usage: This script is meant for use with BrainVision Analyzer 2 and its Matlab Transformation. On the computed Coherence data, call Matlab transformation and execute the function Connectivity_Matrix_View(). Detailed use instructions can be found in the m-file.
Help: Type “help Connectivity_Matrix_View” at the MATLAB Command prompt.
