Slime Mould Algorithm-based mutated Chaotic Local Search

mSMACLS is a new improved version of SMA algorithm for solving global optimization and engineering problems

mSMACLS algorithm incorporates a novel mutated Chaotic Local Search (mCLS) into the standard SMA. The mCLS strategy acts as a mutation operator to update some dimensions of the global best configuration found by SMA, which leads to improving its exploitation ability without losing its exploration strength. Ten chaotic maps are adopted, resulting in ten different behaviors of mCLS strategy.
