Diode temperature sensors are cheap, readily available, and can be quite accurate and interchangeable. This paper, and the associated files, came from some tests done with the Analog Devices ADM1034 IC. We were using this to try and measure die temperature of LED's
This is a useful example of:
- Using ADM1034 for accurate, simple, cheap temperature logging
- Generally using I2C chips (adc's, sensors etc) for data acquisition and logging from a PC and Matlab
This shows how a simple, easy PC measurement system is done.
