Computes the radar cross section and excited surface currents of an infinitely long, conducting cylinder.

Follows the treatment in Chapter 4 of

Ruck, et. al. "Radar Cross Section Handbook", Plenum Press, 1970.

I think there is an error in the code: besselh(n,1,k*radius) is used instead of the besselh(n,2,k*radius) (Hankel function of 2nd kind)
