User specifies processing function, types of files to run (for example *.tif), folder to run and any additional parameters.
The PathRunner scans the folder for the specified file types, and calls the processing function for each file.
Detailed syntax is described in the .m file
For example, if I want to open all images in a directory, invert them and save back, I can create a function that does that for one image and call PathRunner to process the entire folder.
