It is a sliding puzzle that consists of a frame of numbered square tiles in random order with one tile missing.The object of the puzzle is to place the tiles in order by making sliding moves that use the empty space.
The code has been written using GUIDE

Any suggestions and bug - fixes are welcome.

I haven't tested this code on any other platform except R2009a (Matlab 7.8) so am not sure whether it will work for the previous versions of Matlab.
