Computes either the Edlen or Ciddor refractive index of air

Given wavelength, temperature, pressure, humidity and CO2 concentration, uses algorithms described in to compute the real part of the refractive index of air. Valid for visible wavelengths and most surface-level conditions. Useful for determining the effect of changing atmospheric conditions on high spectral resolution optical components.
