Take model structures created in the COBRA Toolbox and create a forward-reaction-only structure.

Model structures in the COBRA Toolbox format allow reversible reactions, indicated by the rev field in the model. However, some modelling techniques can be more easily implemented if these reversible reactions are split into forward and reverse reactions, and no reactions are allowed to run in the reverse direction.
This script takes all reversible reactions and splits them, returning a model which retains all of the bounds for each reaction, consistent with the input model.
