Armitage's trend test

Armitage's trend test on genotype distribution of marker(s).

You are now following this Submission

This statistic can be used to compare genotype frequencies between affected (cases) and non-affected (controls) individuals.

It is used in categorical data analysis when the aim is to assess for the presence of an association between a variable with two categories and a variable with k categories.
