Audio Equalizer

Modify an input signal to match a given power spectral density.

This function can be used to act as an audio equalizer (example shown in comments in file). If you feed this a wgn signal then you will generate a NSD (noise spectral density) which is useful in generating noise of a given spectral characteristic.
