Orbital Periods of a Satellite
PDF document and MATLAB scripts that can be used to calculate the orbital periods of a satellite. In these scripts, the astrodynamic constants (gravitational constant, equatorial radius, and gravity coefficient) are “hardwired” for the Earth. However, these fundamental constants can be easily updated for other planets or the Moon by changing the numerical values in the om_constants.m MATLAB function.
