This SimBiology project contains a modified version of the bioreactor model presented in the lecture notes "An introduction to modeling of bioreactors" by Bengt Carlsson and can be found here: https://www.scribd.com/document/430951740/DynSystBior2009
It can be used as a template for more complicated bioprocess models (such as the International Water Association (IWA) Activated Sludge Model (ASM)).
