The programs areintended to be used in conjunction with a motorized stereotax.

They allow users to design surgeries within a simple graphic user interface.
Surgeries will be automatically converted to G-code in order to control a motorized (CNC) stereotax.

Currently Supports 4 Surgeries:

Sharp Edge Craniotomy
Thin Skull Windowing
Lowering Electrodes or Cannula
Drilling Holes

***We are not responsible damage to any equipment from running autogenerated G-code.***

***Failure to thoroughly simulate G-code is not recommended.***

***Programs may be modified for custom applications.***

***Skull.mat must be within the active directory***

Update 10/30/13 : New script "lateralcraniotomy.m" angles the craniotomy window down toward the lateral edge, to compensate for the curvature of the skull.
