Apparently, SAS is unable to produce these (exact) kinds of plots. So I had to come up with a solution since I was annoyed by having to use MS Excel. However, there might be good reasons not to be too enthusiastic about these kinds of figures. Thus, be aware that these plots, although common in science, are not appreciated by all statisticians, and you might want to watch out of the dynamite.
