A graphical interface to understand the functioning of delta modulation and adaptive delta modulation is presented, allowing input audio file. Parameters such as step size and sampling frequency can be changed to check the effect on performance of the modulation. The overhead on the slope can be seen through a zoom in stretches of the signal. The steps of the adaptive algorithm (number of steps and their sizes) can be adjusted. http://www2.ee.ufpe.br/codec/delta_modulation.html
