The program imports mean values of fluorescence levels from regions of interest on Calcium imaging data. Baseline before stimulation is used to normalise the data to percentage of baseline and to standard deviations of baseline Ca2+ activity. Based on repeated stimulations with fixed stimulation intervals a Ca2+ spike can be interpolated when the scan and sampling time is known. Data should be in .txt files and will be saved as images in .tif and .ai format and as normalised values in .xlsx sheets. The program superimpose data from repeated stimulation as after one stimulation and then interpolate the response by the chosen interpolation method.
