after seeing some long and complex 16quam modulations and demodulations I've decided to try by mysef

it came out shorter than all I've seen and very simple.
I used something that resembles "Karno maps" and it made the process of finding the shortest function easier.
after thinking of this method, I believe I can make any mod/demode simple and short.
