Fresnel integral wrapper function
This function computes the Fresnel integral for a given x value(vector). Default tolerance is 1e-6

This function computes the fresnel integral of scalar/vector x using global adaptive quadrature method.
x is the upper bound of Fresnel integral
tor is the absolute tolerance
default tor = 1e-6
