Copy the contents of the zip file into the following folder:

- 32 bits operating system:
C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2013a\bin\win32\mbuildopts

- 64 bits operating system:
C:\Program Files (x86)\MATLAB\R2013a\bin\win32\mbuildopts

Then run 'mbuild -setup' in MATLAB
