Generalized Hough Transform

Use Generalised hough transform to find template (Itm) in image (Is).

Generalized Hough Transform:
Use Generalised hough transform to find template (Itm) in image (Is).
Return the location of the template best match and the score of the match. Show the image (Is) with the template (best match) marked on it.
INPUT:
1)Is: Greyscale image where the template should be found.
2) Itm: The template Binary image.
The template size and the object to be recognised in the image must be the same.
