Copy the contents of the zip file into the following folder depending on your OS version:
for x86 "C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2013a\bin\win32\mbuildopts"
or for x64 "C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2013a\bin\win64\mbuildopts"
Then run 'mex -setup' in MATLAB command window
